This module will help you to understand the basics of legal and regulatory framework in Sweden. The choice of legal structure determines who is liable with what assets and to what extent which taxes have to be paid. Legal requirements must be met by the following criteria such as the number of founders, minimum capital requirements, the limitation of liability to the company's assets and the tax burden. Furthermore you will learn how to prevent your company from standstills as well as from possible bankruptcy by knowing the legal regulations and adequate contracts.
