Formulating a simple business plan

• It’s very important to have a business plan, whether you are the main financer or not. The plan will allow you to view your idea within a broad context, understand the market you are targeting, have a clear timeline for implementing each step and identify potential issues that could hinder the success of your business. 
• The business plan could be presented to potential financers or organisations that are willing to contribute financially or in-kind to your business. 

• A simple business plan includes the description of the business, the services or products provided, the main distribution/access points used, type of customers, predictions on the number of customers, description of the organisational structure (number and type of employees) the financial protections, means of operation and the timeline for creating each step. 
• Try to create a business plan that covers all the aspects mention above.
